FNB does not help at all

I have been a loyal customer with FNB for over 14 years. I now having a Platinum cheque account with them. I also have other offerings. You would expect all of this to count for something when your slogan is "How can we help you? "

I previously applied for vehicle finance, however granted by another Bank which I have no accounts with... I still chose to leave all my accounts with FNB. I have once again needed to apply for vehicle finance, however FNB has declined me again.

I have sent endless emails to the Premier Banking department to get an explaination as to why my applications get declined, however no one has come back to me.

I have even taken the effort of going top a branch to enquire, and the consultant who assisted and he told me that he would escalate the matter to Premier Banking, and once again no one came back to me.

This really is the last straw with FNB for me... after being denied Home Loans and Vehicle Finance previously only to be approved by other institutions seems highly unfair. FNB has left me no choice but to move all my loyalty and money to another Bank!!!
