Broken IPhone bought through FNB

Hi. My name is Cindy Bothma. I bought a Iphone 4s. The phone is not even a month old and the wi-fi is broken. I went to the apple store and they say they cant fix it. I phoned FNB and now I must wait till next week Tuesday before someone will phone me. No I must sit with a broken phone and it is still new and no one can help me. Ive got insurance on the phone but what the heck. There service is so slow and not helping me at all. Very disappointed. :(
