Branch staff helping at the self service ATMs

I was busy depositing money at the ATM, and closer to my ATM was a queue of people waiting to be helped by FNB staff member to do the same. I could not help overhearing how one of the FNB staff was treating the customer at the ATM next to mine, in the name of helping that customer to operate the machine. I then turned around and said to him to be easy with the customer, but he ignored me.

It really irritated me the way he was treating the customer, as if he was teaching a child to operate the machine.
I would like to see him helping customers in a friendly and respectable manner, not the way he was doing, "shouting and punching the buttons rudely on behalf of the customer".
