Owner disrepectful towards staff in front of custo

I visited the matrix branch in sasolburg and was shocked to see and hear how the staff is mistreated.
while the technician is busy helping a customer the owner came to him and started screaming at the poor guy he couldnt even finish his job while the customer was there and he was busy talking to the customer. i have never seen something like that in my life. how can customers go there and do business if someone is yelling at his staff like that. you dont do that to you employees especially in front of customers. everytime i go there the staff was always friendly and helpful. YOU KNOW WHAT MANNERS DOESNT COST A THING IF YOU WANT PEOPLE TO RESPECT YOU, YOU MUST RESPECT THEM THEY ARE YOUR EMPLOYEES AND BRING MONEY IN FOR YOU. BUT IF YOU KEEP ON TREATING THEM LIKE YOU DO, YOU WILL LOSE THEM.

I WONT RECOMENNED ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THAT MAN .IF I SEE HE IS THERE I WILL USE ANOTHER SHOP OR WAIT UNTIL HE IS GONE.
