No feed back on mail sent!!!

How about paying for something and have no idea what it is? I went trough my bank statement a while back to update my budget when I found a debit for MAXICARE, what is it was my first question, second how long have I been paying? Brief time on google I found a number. Got in to contact with the Innovation Group. They asked me for my reference number as per the debit order... SHOCK!!! She asked me if I am a mister Yus, if i remembered correctly, which is clearly not how I am, the followed by my ID number. Shocked again when she said I have been a policy holder since 2006, 2006 and we are now in 2013 and have never received any paper work explaining what type of policy it is. She explained it is TV and video machine cover, had i know I would have fix my TV twice with the policy than out of my pocket. So I sent a mail asking to cancel it and for a manager to contact me in regards to a refund, as per my mail I was not looking for a full refund but at least half and or more, as I never received any paper work from them and the fact that my reference number is not even in my name. Up to now I have not heard a word from them... Funny business?
