I had an issue with my HP printer which started jamming the paper shortly after we replaced the first set of cartridges. With the printer being less than 6 months old -we returned it to Game at Zevenwacht, to have it inspected. My compliments go to Nyanga the person responsible for helping customers At Game in the computer section for helping my wife for a full hour while irate customers were waiting their turn. He was calm and kept his cool being professional all the time. I followed up later the week (several times) with the general manager Eileen. She was just as professional and kept me informed of the printers return. Much to our surprise the printer came back fixed at no cost. The culprit was a piece of paper stuck inside the machine... I would like to compliment your staff that were involved here helping Mr Keun. I am a regular customer and would continue shopping at your store. Kudos!
