The lack of unacceptable customer service I have just received at Clicks (The Link) in Claremont needs to be highlighted.
Wanting a pack of Transact Plasters I went to the Pharmacy Section of the store where there were 2 (two) staff helping a gentleman and 2 (two staff) helping a lady. In the case of the latter, one of the staff members was entering the data and the other fetching the labels; in the former, I approached the assistant (Lisa Muscat), who was standing next another assistant who typing in data, and asked if she would please give me a pack of Transact plasters. Her response - "You'll have to wait". The other 2 (two) staff who had finished with the lady, then turned around and walked away. Eventually, someone came to assist. I was most dissatisfied and said I wanted to see the Manager who, instead of apologising for this stated that the plasters had to be processed. No apology from the Manager (Pharmacy) or staff!!! I find this 100% unacceptable and advise that someone in the Clicks Group needs to deal with this in a manner that ensures me that there is an ethic of "Customer Service" within the company.
