After numerous emails and calls ONCE AGAIN i am still sitting with an ADVERSE JUDGEMENT to my name, i have spoken to Nkululeko Sithole and he told me that my ITC listing would be removed within a week, its been a month now and still my name is listed. I tried to get a homeloan and got declined due to this judgement and NOW HAVE TO WAIT 6 MONTHS before i can reapply again!!! Our house is now sold and i have to be out at the end of MARCH where do i go cause i cant even rent a place because im LISTED??? THIS IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND I PLAN ON TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER!!!
