For a year now I have struggled to get CNA Potch branch to order a magazine for me. Everytime I request a envelope to be opened for me they claim that they can not do it for a magazine. They ordered a few copies and now the magazine just doesn't come any more. When I want to enquire about the magazine, you get the WORST attitude from the staff and stand around for more than 10 minutes at a time before someone even asks if I've been helped. The magazine is available in almost any other CNA branch but Potch CNA branch is so unprofessional and unhelpful that one can't even ask a question to a staff member. Very bad attitude towards clients ESPECIALLY the people working at the tills. When I requested to speak to the manager, the staff member just turned around and walked away! No manager on duty. No one interested in even helping me and a few other clients that stood behind me waiting for service! ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
