Bad attitude from Louise Watson

My mother's car loan was approved when she clearly couldnt afford to pay. I took over the repayments and requested that the due date be changed to the 15th as thats my salary date. This was not done and the account was always behind. A residual was given on the loan without explaining to my mom how it works. At the end of the contract term my mom was asked to sign a new contract for the residual amount which she did and I emailed it twice to Louise Watson. I also signed a debit order in December 2012 to have the instalment taken from my bank account every month and submitted by email However my mom and I have been receiving threatening (legal action) sms's and emails from Louise. She says she didnt receive the emails I sent her. I have proof that I have sent the email twice already. When I called her today after one of her threatening sms's she didnt even want me to say anything on the phone. I want to repay the amount but I need help because this woman cant help us. Either her or her colleague theretened my mom with legal action while she was at the doctor on 2 occassions. And even if I tell them she is at the doctor it is like they dont believe me.
