We were in the process of moving from Standard Bank to FNB due to previous incidents with Standard Bank. During the Switch over, our vehicle payment did not go through. I was informed by Louise Watson from some legal company that the vehicle had not been paid. I then paid an amount of R3500 into the Vehicle and asset finance account of our vehicle which was Standard Bank VAF account 02847949 0005. I sent the the proof of payment in which they mentioned that it was the wrong account and that I needed to use that number as the reference number and not the account number. I then went to Standard bank and lodged a query ref: - Gijima 53949221. I was contacted by Louise Watson stating that the money was paid into an account at The Glen The (account number you used is a valid Standard Bank account number). I was waiting for Lionel Newton to let me know wats going on and then yesterday he asked me once again to provide proof of payment which I had already sent on the 12th July. please help me to find the money that was paid wrongly into an account at The Glen branch of Standard Bank.
