I have a Residual Homeloan loan, I have a fixed amount debit order in place from my cheque account to pay it off. Suddenly this month (1 May 2013) I was debited an extra R1771.28.
I complained and the Residual Homeloans department corrected the loan account on the 7th of May 2013 but did not refund the extra amount back into my cheque account.
I have written several emails asking when I will get my refund, while they acknowledge that there is a fault on their side nothing is getting done for almost 2 weeks now.
