Been blacklisted incorrectly

I cancelled my contract in 2010 when it expired with Autopage Cellular and went direct to MTN after numerous issues with my account, upgrades, shocking service, dealings with Senior Management with bad attitudes etc with Autopage. Only to receive an email in November 2013 threatening legal action on an amount outstanding since 2010. This was the first I had heard about this and sent numerous emails back to the sender requesting more information, which to this date I have still not received. I checked with ITC and they have blacklisted me!!! I have now spent a total of 2 weeks trying to get to the bottom of this and obtain proof from and get no response to phone messages left, emails sent (with read and relayed receipts). You can never get hold of a Manager/supervisor/team leader etc. whenever you call as they are always "in meetings." I even had a auto response to an email I sent to the GM - Credit Control and she cannot even get an email address correct for her 2IC to contact!!! what does one do. I will be taking legal action against them including costs for this incident.
