Horrible service

I called on the 7.02.2012 in the morning and they couldn't pick up my account using my acc no and ID and I called yesterday again in the afternoon they said they can now get my details and I served my notice with Gugu and she confirmed that notice is served but today haven't received my funds and I need to pay my school registration fees today as the closing date is today..

I work at a service industry under Old Mutual and I wonder if is it fair ti tell client you cant trace their account using their account numbers and ID numbers.

I'm truly disappointed about the service I'm receiving and it makes it worse to think m not gone study at my desired varsity because poor service from my bank.

I will referred three friends to nedbank last month praising nedbank now they laughing at me because they have their banks helping them...
