I did an Enquiry and filled in the form on the Internet, knowing that they will debit my account with 399.00 i still continued to apply to the services, I however did cancel in the correct manor as per the call centre agent form Loan Locator SA within 3 days (long before the 7 day cool off period finished) I was asked to email my bank statement to them proving that the 399 was taken off. it has been a week now and i am still waiting for my refund. every 3rd day i have phoned they keep saying that my stuff is in the Finance dept but no one tells a person how far are they with the refund, they keep saying i must wait for my email advising me of the date of refund. THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE MY MONEY BUT THEY DRAGGING THIER FEET IN PAYING IT BACK.
