Disappointing service

I had an attempted of my vehicle, because it would not start and had been moved it was impounded by the SAPS. This was reported to DD the following day 28 March 2013. Seven weeks later I still do not have my vehicle back. It took 4 weeks before I got a hired vehicle (icl in policy). Always have to phone them, never keep you in the loop. Assessor did not even see my vehicle, only loaded the "assessment". Was told to push the car to the road when it was at vehicle so insurance did not need to prepare uplift papers, a 3 ton vehicle, yeah right! Went to see the vehicle at the panel beaters the week it was supposed to be ready, was in a stripped state still, non of the electrical damage had been attended to, no re-painting and other damage had not even been reported on, why? because the assessor did not get off his backside to do the assessment that he is paid to do!

So tired of this service and feel that my rights as a consumer of insurance products has been violated.
I was supposed to get my vehicle back yesterday, was told to wait till today and today I am told to wait till tomorrow. Well I guess another seven weeks will tell!
