My vehicle was involved in an accident on 06/06/2013. on 24/07/2013 the TC panel beaters told me the vehicle was ready. when i got to TC panel beaters the cars batteries was flat, engine oil was pouring out the tappet cover and the car had no brakes. when phoning budget i eventually got hold of the assesor when i mentioned the brakes he said to me even if the car skids it doesn't mean that the brakes are working corractly. i sent through photos of the skid marks to budget and the skid mars were at least 15 meters long. now the assesor says to me me the problem is probably due to wear and tare. but what i don't understand no one has even been sent out to check what the problem is with the brakes..today is 12/08/2013 and still don't have my vehicle back. it is now 67 days and i still DON'T HAVE MY VEHICLE BACK..the assesor said he would phone on 07/08/2013 by end of day which never happened.i phoned him again on 08/08/2013 and again he said he would phone by end of day but did not happen. today is 12/08/2013 and i still dont know what is going on and when i will get my vehicle. ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT BUDGET INSURANCE IS USELESS
