Motor vehicle in for repairs since 9 March 2013

We have been waiting for our vehicle since the 9th of March 2013. We don't get any feedback unless we phone and when we phone we have to phone the panel-beaters to get any info. Yesterday I phoned virgin insurance and a lady said she would phone me back. No phone call since then.. They have ordered the parts wrong so this makes the process even slower... We have been told we will be getting our vehicle back in the last week of April and it's May already.. No one phoning us telling us what is going on, no one telling us where our vehicle is as it has been with two different panel-beaters and with both nothing been done. We have been on hold without a vehicle for 2months now and going on the third. There are many issues concerning this as we need our vehicle back for our own personal use.. We are very disappointed and would not recommend this insurance to anyone..
