We lodged a 3rd party claim in May this year against Auto and General / Telesure for an accident that was never our fault. Now August 2013, more that two months later we received feedback from Telesure, that we could take our vehicle to their supplier Auto Magic Menlyn to have it repaired. Not only did we wait for more than two months for Auto and General/Telesure to have our vehicle repaired, the workmanship of Auto Magic Menlyn, the supplier of Telesure is shocking. I have never experienced such poor workmanship, service and bad attitude.
I cannot believe that anyone can be insured by Auto and General or entrust their vehicle to Auto Magic.
