Today is a month since I took my KIA Rio to Auto Magic Pretoria west to be repaired. On 21 January I paid R1000, 00 as part of the excess and on 5 February I paid R2775 as a full balance of the excess because Dial Direct informed that if I pay my excess Auto Magic will speed up the repairs of my car. But until today I have not received my car.
I have received the following sms messages from Auto Magic :
1. 21 Feb - Dear client thanks for your support, estimated completion date 29 Jan 2013.
2. 23 Feb - Parts odered still waiting for delivery.
3. 29 Feb - The parts for your car have not arrived yet, still waiting for delivery.
4. 1 Feb - We are waiting for the bumper bracket to arrive so that we can finish assemblying your car.
5. 13 Feb - The bumper brackect has not arrived we are still waiting for delivery.
6. 18 Feb - The bumper brackect has not arrived we are still waiting for delivery.
On 21st Feb I went to Auto Magic Pretoria west and was informed by Jannie that they only started working on my car and they might finish on Tuesday 26th.
Do they have any form of giving us their clients feedback?
Why they only started working on my car after a month?
