Stay away from U*S*E*L*E*S*S bank

Applied on 7 Jan 2013 for payout from Homeloan of substantial amount. Explicitly said that it must be paid as one amount as their was also paperwork on re-advance. They said it would be no problem!

Come 5 Feb 2013, full debit order amount goes off my account without me seeing a cent of the payout. Sorted that out on Tuesday at the Irene branch.

Signed some more paperwork to get the re-advance sorted to be able to receive one payment of the loan. This should have been done on 7 JAn shouldn't it? Get only 85% payout on Thursday?

Phoned branch, they are so sorry, but the other 15% has already been paid and will reflect today - so it did - but only 14% : the debit order amount that was taken off on Tuesday is being held back because it's not reflecting yet at Homeloans?? 3 days to clear an EFT? What l.i.e.s. are they spreading? Thought this was fixed on Tuesday - bunch of i-d-i-o-t-s!!

This bank is going out of it's way to make things difficult for their clients - this whole problem is simple addition and subtraction - Grade 1 maths!

A full month since applying and they still cannot get it right - maybe you should re-evaluate your staffs' abbility to do the job..
