I went to southdale branch last month to reverse debit order and consultant adviced me to stop it completely and there's a charge,
and i even asked her what if they re-send it with different amount or ref Number, she said it is stoped and i even signed documents to stop that debit order
this month they resend with 2x the amount and it went through, by according to my budget i didnt expect it
i received an sms saying i must go to the bank to pay the amount so that it does not reflect badly on my account, same day when i get to the branch it was already reflecting as unpaid
Banks like: FNB, ABSA, Standard bank they make arrangements with their clients if the account is over drawn and the worse part is that i am using Cheque Account and i am sure there's a penalty fee.
if this is not getting resolved by End of this Month, i am going to cancel my account and bank somewhere, like this month i have to apply for credit but with unpaid debit-order no one is going to approve, unless Nedbank give me credit with reasonable interest rate
and i am tired of their late notifications, all i want is my bank statement corrected as this was not my fault
