As a current customer I was contacted by Bayport Isando on Friday 18 January 2013 and offered a consolidation loan... note well, I did not apply for any loan! All the necessary paperwork was completed by Monday 28 January and sent to Head Office for final processing and payout of the loan. I have been processed by Head Office and has gone through their telephonic verification process.
As of this morning no payout of the loan amount has been made, although I have been assured by the call centre that it will happen within 48 hours. That was on Tuesday!
I am on the verge of cancelling this deal.
