I traded in a vehicle which was financed by MFC. The settlement figure provided was settled after a further monthly debit was processed. I simply emailed an address provided on their site and received a reply the next day indicating that the payment will be reversed within a week. After a few days my account was duly credited and a final invoice reflecting a nil balance received. Simply sound no nonsense business practices.
