I financed my wife's car in December 2010. Since 2010 since currently I only received one hand delivered statement from MFC. In September 2013 I made an additional payment of R15000 on the account and it was a struggle to get them to confirm they did receive the money. After multiple communications they did send me a statement indicating that in the beginning of September I now got an outstanding balance of R7117.71. In January I wanted to get an updated statement on how many installments are left after an struggle to get any information from them they first reply that I got six months installment left but send me a statement indicating that I got an outstanding balance of R1586.31 but I need to pay R1439.35 for the following 12 months on an outstanding balance of R1586.31. I also ask them to advise how the y will send me the papers of the vehicle when my installments were completed an answer I am still waiting for.
