I had the need to install an extra set of Burglar Guards in my house in Durban. Everything was going well and I had paid the deposit. I had requested numerous times for the proof of payment and the final balance of settlement. and on the last two days before the installation I had called Michelle, Gabriel's mum and stated if I don't get the settlement figure I cannot make arrangements to pay. I received the final invoice, to which amount I catered for. On the installation day, Gabriel informed me that the amount was incorrect. I told him that I had requested an invoice and proof of payment from him for the last about two weeks prior to which I did not get any, and I received an official final payment quote and if it was incorrect to please go to his office and ask his manager to see what she could do. On the 27th of March I got a call from Jayshree and on the original quote I had a discount of 5%, we re negotiated that I received a 10% discount. She sent me a new invoice and I settled, and got my P O P.
