I settled my vehicle finance after receiving a settlement quotation. The settlement was paid by cheque and had to 7 days. In the meantime, a debit order was also run which resulted in the account being in credit. When i querried the refund i was told it would take 10 working days to process. REALLY???!! the debit order was processed on time but i must wait 10 days for a refund???!! I asked to speak to a manager and was puty on hold for more than half an hour - until i put the phone down... I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH MFC AGAIN - RATHER TAKE YOUR CHANCES WITH WESBANK - AT LEAST THE RESPOIND TO PEOPLKE.
