Okay, so I requested a settlement quote and after a while I received it and paid yesterday.
After payment was made I sent the proof along with the address where my natis papers must be sent and the 5 digit password as requested by y our company. I also asked for confirmation that my account is now settled in full and that no future debits will take place.
I have however received no confirmation or response to that e-mail.
Today I was sent a new quote stating that my settlement amount is R21.01??? How can this be possible if I made a payment according to the first settlement quote I received yesterday and after sending the proof of payment??
I have also e-mailed this complaint to your complaints e-mail address with all supporting documents.
Please rectify your system and sort this out asap and confirm that my account is now settled and when I can expect my papers to be delivered as originally requested. Please contact me for my e-mail address to which all confirmations must be sent.
