Credit card delivery

I was told to join fnb, why not they have advertising everywhere, even on the internet they state that you will recieve a gold credit card within three (3) working days... It's been three weeks.

trying to call the call centre takes up to 20 minutes on hold and still no reply

i eventually get through and need to send my details over and over.. and i don't even have a card yet and my limit has changed three times...

i then get told my interest rate will be 14% then it jumped to 21% now it's 19%... make up your mind

please can some one just make my life simple and tell me whats going on, the courier company that called me today said they have my card can they deliver, i said yes can you deliver in rustenburg, there reply "mr deliver" said they do not deliver to rustenburg

come on guys

"how can we help you" is not working for me
