BAD SERVICE NEW CARD DELIVERY AND APPLICATIONS

I applied for a credit card on Friday 31 January. I was told on the call that the agent would be sending me a document to sign within 5 working days along with payslip and id document. I waited for document to arrive on Friday, as it did not I called again and was informed that the form will be sent in 24 to 48hrs and I should in the interim send my payslip and ID through. I emailed the document through on Monday the 3rd Feb and asked when I would be receiving the document to sign as I had not recieved it as yet. To date I have no answer on this and the 5 working days is almost up. Secondly, the courier service CDC Couriers is ATTROCIOUS! They were suppose to deliver yesterday at by 10am, then 11am, they did not call back so I asked can it be delivered by 4pm to which I got no reply. I have spoken to them 3 times, today they called to say they want to deliver tomorrow, and the call cut off so I called back asking why they couldnt deliver today as I was suppose to get mine yesterday! I was advised to that they would speak to the courier manager and call me back. I am still waiting for feedback.
