My vehicle was involved in a accident exactly 2 weeks ago, nothing has been done to it and I haven't even received a single call from them. I made a number of calls there myself to find out what the hold up was and was told its being processed. secondly I found out that second hand parts or after market parts were their choice of replacement parts. thirdly they have a panel of panel beaters who carry out their repairs that you could apparently choose from to carry out the repair but the decision isn't really up to you its up to their management. I am seriously thinking about changing insurance companies after the repairs to my vehicle and anybody who's looking for a good insurance stay clear away from Auto and General.
