I closed my account in September, only to be told by my bank and Transunion that I am being denied credit due to a 3 months overdue payment to RCS.
After contacting RCS, I have had nothing but bad to no service, lack of interest to assist and I don't think they actually know what their role is in their respective designation.
After being denied credit, my profile is now marked because RCS couldn't pick up a phone to call me to tell me that they owe me money. But dare owe them money, and suddenly they figured out the phone works.
Absolutely atrocious. Never again will I do business with RCS, nor will I recommend their services (or the lack thereof).
