We hired the services of Nicci Van Vuuren (Brunner) from N Van Vuuren Attorneys in the beginning of 2012 to collect monies overdue from some of our clients. Now recently we decided to hire the services of another attorney to collect the monies outstanding for one client as we felt the process was taking far too long. The new attorney and ourselves have been requesting, in writing, repeatedly that the files are please to handed over from N Van Vuuren Attorneys to our new attorney. No matter how many times we have asked Nicci to do this, absolutely nothing gets done. Our account is completely paid up to date, there is no reason not to comply with our request. We are completely unhappy with the lack of service and response from N Van Vuuren Attorneys and Nicci as we feel a very reasonable request is being treated unfairly. We will NOT be making use of N Van Vuuren Attorneys again because of the poor, and very unnessary, way this has been handled. Please URGENTLY comment with an explanation, and please hand the files over to our new attorney.
