Absa is badly treating its client in a rude and arrogant way
This is the fourth time i am complaining about Absa through Hello Peter.absa respond by sending a letter that the bank is investigating then all is quiet .it took Absa more then a year to replace the title deed that is missing. I have accumulated more than R100000 because of this silly mistake by Absa and its attorneys (Geoffrey Sutherns Attorneys (attorneys attending to the replacement of the Deed of Transfer)
Now I don't know the right structure of AbSA that could listen to my pain and financial crisis that I am going through for almost a year because of arrogance and rudeness by this bank.i even removed all my banking dealing with Absa because of this problem.see the communication by Absa attorneys
