I ALWAYS HAD A PROBLEM WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AT NEDBANK, THE BRANCH SERVICE IS VERY SLOW AND THE AGENTS DONT EVEN HAVE A SMILE TO SHOW I DONT IF I SHOULD SAY APPRECIATION OR A SENSE OF WELCOMING US AT THEIR BRANCHES, MAINLY RANDBURG SANLAM CENTRE, GEZINA AND ACARDIA. ITS VERY DISSAPOINTING AND DISGUSTING, I JUST SPOKE TO ONE OF THEIR CONSULTANTS AT THE CALL CENTRE AND SHE HAS A VERY BAD ATTITUDE, I WAS ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 10 MINUTES AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN SAY WHY. AFTER A 20 MINUTE CALL SHE TELLS ME SHE CANT RESOLVE MY QUERY I HAVE TO GO TO THE BRANCH. I REALLY HATE NEDBANK CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WOULDN'T'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS BANK, ITS A COMPLETE CIRCUS, FIRST CONTACT RESOLUTION HERE IS NOT MET, THEY'LL TAKE YOU FROM PILLAR TO POST, THIS IS.
