CALLED NEDBANK CREDIT CARD DIVISION REGARDING MY CREDIT FACILITIES.
AS THE TELE CONSULTANT HAD MADE ME WAIT OVER 5 MINUTES OVER THE PHONE
ON HOLD, NEITHER WAS MY QUERY RESOLVED, BUT MY CALL WAS JUST CUT.
THE CONSULTANT HAD MY INFO ON-SCREEN & COULD HAVE CALLED ME BACK,
BUT DID NOT.
I AM STILL AWAITING THIS CALL, OF CONCERN REGARDING MY C/C.
AND A "SORRY" FOR THE BAD SERVICE OF CUTTING CALLERS / CLIENTS
OFF!!!
AND THATS IS ONE OF THE PRIMARY REASONS I CLOSED MY NEDBANK
SAVE ACCOUNT, BAD SERVICE ATTITUDE FROM STAFF AT LA LUCIA BRANCH,
UNRESPONSIVE CALLS TO THERE CONTACT CENTRES, AND A PILE OF
JUNK MAIL.
RESOLUTION, I WOULD LIKE A CALL FROM THE NEDBANK C/CARD DIVISION
SO AS TO RESOLVE MY MATER OF CONCERN.
SO, YET ANOTHER SERVING OF BAD SERVICE, & THIS IS WHERE THE NONSENSE
STOPS AS I AM TO CLOSE ALL ACCOUNTS WITH NEDBANK WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
