Power customer service

Only have 3 months now banking with nedbank. I have been trying to activate my cell phone banking ever since with no luck, I have been sent from pillar to post, on the 25 jan 2014 I called customer care hoping I will get help but the service I got was very bad, I got a a lady who didn't even want to understand my query, instead she put me on hold for no reason and I was on hold for more that minutes until I end the call. She didn't even bother to call me back, I called again got trough a guy who also didn't help me, we got disconnected obvious be course my airtime got finish, and I still didn't get help, waisted my money and time for nothing, I regret switching to nedbank, their customer care, am so not a happy customer right now. I never thought I will say this but I regret leaving Capitec bank for nedbank
