FICA BLOCK MY ACCOUNT

I want draw money from my Absa account but I cannot due to a FICA Block. So, visit the branch to update my details (ID & Proof of Residence) as I need to withdraw money. With all my documents uploaded, I still can’t use my account. I need this account unblock because my salary is being paid in there. Please advise what you need as I took the necessary correct documents as per the branch. (PRINCE ALBERT)
I did take my FICA documents to the branch but still you block me. What want to know what is happening because I can't use my card because you put a hold on my card pin. This the third day now was at the branch and still my card doesn't work, and my salary is about paid out this week.

This is really frustrating and unacceptable because I could not buy food or power for our house.
