I had someone come to my house on a Saturday, and I phoned outsurance a week later to find that my claim had been rejected, and was told that there was nothing that i could do about it. i received a letter from them 6 weeks later, stating that i could lodge an objection, I spoke to [Email Removed] on 03/06/13 and she told me to mail her which I did, she replied the next day that she had sent the matter to her manager, i have sent her numerous mails in the interim but as per usual OUTSURANCE BENDS OVER BACKWARDS AND NOTHING HAPPENS. I don't see why i must pay for this fantastic service that actually means SHUTUP AND WAIT. Outsurance really needs to sort out their staff from management to grassroots
