A lady called Nerisha at Outsurance took my complaint about a disability exclusion further and did not stop until it was resolved to my satisfaction. Good service!! I was ready to cancel my policy with Outsurance!
Nerisha sure bends over backwards for her clients. She took the time to listen to me, I was so frustrated by the time I got to her, I was very short tempered with her, but she just kept calm and kept apologising for the misunderstanding. because some other client care operator said to me that is the way it is and the underwriters will not change their exclusion. Well Nerisha explained my situation to them, and sorted out the problem!! Thank you Nerisha. Client Care staff like yourself put a smile on their clients faces! :-)
