I complained about the service I received from Outsurance regarding a claim and the suppliers they were using. Eventually they agreed to pay for some repairs I had to have done myself.
They agreed to this on a response from my original Hello Peter complaint.
But guess what. Even after spending hours on phone calls, sending e-mails with the attached invoice several times. THEY DID NOT PAY THE INVOICE!
