I called Outsurance in an attempt to re-negotiate my insurance premiums for the coming year. I had the privilege of being put through to Ryan Padyachee who truly lives the Outsurance values. He was knowledgeable, friendly and certainly bent over backwards to see how he could improve my premiums. Outsurance (and Ryan) you rock. Taking into account the length of time I've had my policy with you and my claims to date you came up with a premium re-rate and other benefits which can only be considered astonishing.
