Nee MY money in CASH

The bank has "Technical Error" so you are not able to withdraw YOUR OWN money out of your OWN account. I dont use the number anymore wich I used for my internet banking so i cant even transfer money into my ABSA Account, and nobody is able to help me over the phone. I work Mon-Friday 8-5, and Saturdays till 15:00.So I cant go into a bank and draw inside. I am a single mom of 2, and dont have own transport, my lift club wants to kick me out because I cant give petrol money. I do have money IN MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT, but for past 2 FLIPPEN weeks I dont have access to this, I mean come on, everytime I swipe my card, I PAY THE BANK charges, so instead of a packet of sigarettes costing me R30 it now cost me R45, because the BANK has issues I have to pay the bank for their "Technical Errors". Is that really fair? I need MY money, CASH!!! is that so hard to understand or is it really that unreasonable
