I went the ATM to draw money and the machine rebooted and went out of order not returning my card. i then go to the branch and ask the manager where can i stop the card no ID as i didnt think il need one for a atm so i have to stand in a 45min queue at enquiries waiting for a new card and i have to pay for it also!!! i asked if i can get proof that i had to wait an hour and they say no as if it was my fault and as if i dont work and my lunch is 2hours. i then go to atm to go draw the money again and guess what technical error and back inside it is... only to find out i have to wait till after 7pm to use the new card. so now im stuck in town no money to go home coz i have to wait on standard bank to update the system how nice is that, but my main complain is the manager i want to ask him where he got his customer service from coz his staff is more help and understanding then him. customers dont know how the machine works when it suddenly goes off while u busy so why did he give me attitude and why couldnt he understand and explain better internet banking and everything changes now due to this regret not sticking to nedbank. so y did i go to the atm if i can wait till 7pm for money?
