Can I have my Money Back Please

Hello Peter 2 weeks ago Standard Bank had issue with their system and we as customers could not withdraw or do anything, we were not notified of this no communication was sent to customers or anything, so what happened is I went to 4 different ATM (standard bank) trying to withdraw an amount of R900 and it kept saying technical error then I decided to use an FNB ATM and I got an sms notification that I just took out R900 but I did not receive any cash from the ATM instead I got a receipt that said "my bank is having technical errors" and that is when I called Standard Bank call center, it was then I found out that they are having issues. The gentleman assured me my money would be refunded or I would need to go to the branch and they would reverse it, and on Monday I did just that I went to Nicol Way and they told me I have to wait for 12 DAYS I mean who does that it was not my fault that their systems were down and I went to a different ATM, at the moment I have no money to get to work I have to borrow cash and I dont think that is fair I even tried to cry out on twitter but I'm still no assisted.. so Peter you are my last hope :(
