I went to deposit money into the atm..in the middle of counting the money the atm flashed a red screen and said something about a technical error the atm swallowed my money and returned my card the money was not deposited into my account... the man on the phone told me it is not his problem and i should wait for the bank to open to go see them... inside i had to write a report and tell them exactly what happened, meanwhile my debit orders came off with no money to pay for them Absa told me they WOULD NOT COVER LATE PENALTY FEES!!! SO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THERE F@&* UP...
I WILL NO LONGER BE BANKING WITH ABSA AND I WILL TELL EVERYBODY I KNOW NOT TO BANK WITH THEM
