I withdraw Cash and never received the cash

On Friday 26 April 2013, I've stopped at Total petrol station by N12 just after Delmas.
As I was withdrawing money on the standard bank machines, when I was done with the transaction the ATM got stuck and showed an error. But the cash never came up and the balance was less on my account.

And I called standard bank number that is rewritten at the ATM. But I never got helped; the guy simple said I must call my bank since they don't have my account. But my bank doesn't have access to their machines and on their side the money is withdrawn. My problem is, the guy didn't even ask where i was withdrawing the cash from to check what was wrong with the machine. Now my bank can't refund me cause on their side it shows that the money was withdrawn. i felt like i called a government call center.

What kind of is this?? i got robbed in front of my eyes. I'll never use a standard bank machines even if I have to save my life never. Bad customer service, system, bank... hence i'm not your client. You can learn 1 or 2 things form FNB and Nedbank...
