Am highly irrate and disappointed at the kind of service. I have been calling. I called on Friday and I was told you are in training (granted) I left a message for you to call me back. Still no callback. I called a few minutes ago. The lady that answered for you is not a good liar at all. First she asked me if I have spoken to you before? Then she went back and verified with you if she should put me through and you said no. Therefore she came back and lied some more. What are you hiding from me? Why can you not tell me what's going on. I have ran out of patience and time. She says it's at the beginning of disinvestment but you told me last week that it was at the beginning of disinvestestment. A week later we are still at the beginning of disinvestment. I do not want to hear any excuses anymore .please tell me my money will be in my account between 17/19 period. I am absolutely disgusted at your service and Company as a whole. Unprofessional and dishonest. You pride yourselves in ruining people's lives. Disgusting is an understatement. Why must we as clients beg you for our money and get treated like second class human beings.

Today is the 17/08/2022 and I did not receive my money. I have no where to turn to. I am being ignored by Emma Raffergy blatantly. She does not take my calls. I need this money in my bank account as I have a commitment that should have gone off today failing which I am in deep trouble that would affect my livelihood forever. I have used a Soft understanding tone to no help, I have used a more aggressive tone to no help/response. I have begged her on email to respond to me and she still does not care. I have asked to speak to the manager and told the manager is gone home at 15:30 midweek.
I am absolutely defeated honestly don't know what to do.
Help somebody please, I am being bullied.
