Legal exec debited my account In August 2013 without authorisation. I called them to find out what was going on to be told it was a mistake and that they will fix it and I will be refunded. They mentioned that the refund will take place in a week when they do payments. That was 2 months ago and I am still waiting for my money back.
I phone and email every day and every day I'm told I will be called back within 10 minutes with an answer, this clearly never happens. I've spoken to Rommel Naidoo (apparently the manager) twice in this two month period and each time he ensures me that I will be refunded as he is doing payments "today".
This has gone on long enough with no solution. I find this absolutely ridiculous, I have been inconvenienced by this company and have in turn spent more money fighting to get my own money back.
Legal Exec is a joke and completely unprofessional in handling this matter.
