FNB Online card application

I applied online for an FNB cheque account, i qualified for gold. I received my card and called in to activate it. I asked if there was anything else and they said no my account was active. I asked if my company could deposit money and it would be available. they said yes. I called in again about an hour later to make sure. I again was assured everything was active. my salary was deposited today, FNB to FNB, which should clear immediately, 3 hours later I am still waiting. I call in and am told I must deposit R50 before the account will be activated??? how do they expect me to deposit money if you are holding back my salary??? I ask for a manager and get cut off holding, i call back and wait for 20 minutes and then get asked for my name and number for someone to call me back??? I had been speaking to the same woman for 20 minutes who asked all security questions in the beginning??? she said can I have your name and number ms. Then I am asked to fax through a copy of my ID before they can check??? really unprofessional service!!! not happy at all!!!
